Carly Knight is a graduate student in the Department of Sociology. She received her BA in political science and ecoNomics from Duke University. She began her career as an associate consultant with Boston Consulting Group in Washington DC and later worked as a research associate with the Urban Institute's Justice Policy Center. Her current research interests include immigration, social welfare policy, and historical and political sociology.
